Your files are processed on this device and never uploaded.

How to use Organize PDF

  1. Choose a PDF. A thumbnail of every page appears.
  2. Select pages by ticking them or by typing a range such as 1-3, 7 — or work on one page with the buttons under its thumbnail.
  3. Rotate, delete or reorder pages; reorder with the arrows, or by dragging on a computer.
  4. Save the reorganized PDF, extract the selected pages to a new PDF, or split every page into its own PDF in a ZIP.

About this tool

Rotation is applied the way PDF readers expect it: the page is marked as turned, and the content itself is left untouched. Nothing is re-rendered, so text stays selectable and sharp. A page that was already rotated in the original is turned further from where it was, so what you see in the thumbnails is what you get.

Extracting and splitting work the same way: each page is copied, not re-rendered, so the new files are as sharp as the original and their text can still be selected, searched and copied. Extracted pages keep the order and rotation you gave them. When splitting, files are numbered by their position in the new order — report-page-01.pdf, report-page-02.pdf and so on — so they sort correctly.

Deleted pages are genuinely removed. The new PDF is built from the pages you keep, so text or images from a removed page do not linger anywhere inside the file — worth knowing if you are removing a page because of what is on it.

Bookmarks, attachments and interactive form behaviour belong to the whole document rather than to individual pages, and they are not carried into the reorganized file. Page content is unaffected.

Frequently asked questions

How do I fix a PDF that was scanned sideways or upside down?

To fix a PDF scanned sideways or upside down, open it in Klonum’s Organize PDF tool, use “Rotate all” or the rotate buttons on the affected pages until the thumbnails look right, then save. The rotation is stored in the file, so it opens correctly in every PDF reader.

Can I undo a change before saving?

Yes, every change in Organize PDF can be undone before saving, because nothing happens to your file until you save. Deleted pages can be restored with the same button, and “Reset” returns every page to its original order and rotation.

How do I take a few pages out of a PDF?

To take a few pages out of a PDF, type them into “Select pages” in Organize PDF — for example 2-4, 9 — and press Select, or tick them on the thumbnails, then choose “Extract selected”. You get a new PDF with just those pages; the original file is not changed.

Can I split a PDF into one file per page?

Yes, Organize PDF can split a PDF into one file per page: “One PDF per page (ZIP)” writes every page you have kept to its own PDF, with your rotations and order applied, and packs them in a single ZIP download. To split into larger parts, such as chapters, use the Split PDF tool.

Does reorganizing make the file smaller?

Reorganizing a PDF makes it smaller only when you remove pages, because their content is left out of the new file. Rotating and reordering do not change the size noticeably. Use the PDF compressor if you need a smaller file.

Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No, Organize PDF does not upload your PDF: the thumbnails are drawn and the new file is built by your browser on your own device.
